  • Participation in all scientific sessions
  • Coffee breaks
  • Social events:
    • The welcome cocktail offered by the convention center
    • The official dinner on Tuesday 20th (only for pre-registered participants to the congress on a first-come first-served basis and subject to availability).
      Opening registration from Monday 19th (8:00 to 19:00) to Tuesday 20th (8:00 to 12:00).

Cancellation Policy for Physicians for the ABC WIN registration

Cancellations must be electronically mailed to regist-abcwin@europa-organisation.com
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

  • Before October 3rd 2025: 100% refund

  • From October 4th to November 14th 2025: 50% refund

  • From November 15th 2025: no refund
