Fees for all physicians include:
- Participation in all scientific sessions
- Coffee breaks
- Social events:
- The welcome cocktail offered by the convention center
- The official dinner on Tuesday 20th (only for pre-registered participants to the congress on a first-come first-served basis and subject to availability).
Opening registration from Monday 19th (8:00 to 19:00) to Tuesday 20th (8:00 to 12:00).

Cancellation Policy for Physicians for the ABC WIN registration
Cancellations must be electronically mailed to regist-abcwin@europa-organisation.com
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Before October 3rd 2025: 100% refund
From October 4th to November 14th 2025: 50% refund
From November 15th 2025: no refund
