Fees for all physicians include:

  • Participation in all scientific sessions
  • Coffee breaks
  • Social events:
    • The welcome cocktail offered by the convention center
    • The official dinner on Tuesday 19th (only for pre-registered participants to the congress on a first-come first-served basis and subject to availability).
      Opening registration from Monday 18th (8:00 to 19:00).

Nurse: copy of nurse card or letter from head of department stamped & signed.
Technologist: letter from head of department stamped & signed.

We do NOT propose day pass or "Visitor pass".

Cancellation Policy for Physicians for the ABC WIN registration

Cancellations must be electronically mailed to regist-abcwin@europa-organisation.com
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

  • Before October 2nd 2026: 100% refund

  • From October 3rd to November 13th 2026: 50% refund

  • From November 14th 2026: no refund
